No. Generally, if you qualify for Medicaid, you will not qualify for any subsidy on a Marketplace plan.
When you shop for coverage on the Marketplace, after you have selected a plan and you go finalize your purchase, if you income level is below a certain threshold, your information will automatically be sent to Medicaid for review. If your state determines that you meet the criteria for Medicaid, you will instead automatically be enrolled in that system. If they determine that you are not eligible, you will instead be given a Special Enrollment Period during which you can enroll in a plan from the Marketplace.
If you already have a Marketplace plan and are determined to be eligible or Medicaid, you will need to end your Marketplace plan by calling to stop the coverage. If you do not, any subsidy that you had been receiving will need to be paid back when you pay your taxes.
It is possible to have different household members on Medicaid and a Marketplace plan, just not the same person on both systems.
